Paris winter is particularly magical with Christmas markets, festive lights and warming.


In winter, Paris’s bars propose vin chaud (hot wine) to their menus. This wine consists of heated red wine infused with spices such as cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, sweetened with sugar and some flavoured with slices of orange. You can found it at each Christmas market (marchés de Noël).


For those of you who don’t like the wine teahouse Angelina serves famous hot chocolate L’Africain chocolat chaud . The thick, creamy, rich cups of steaming liquid chocolate are so popular that queues of customers often lead out the door.

Paris is the city of neutral and pastel colors. Well, it concerns architecture, surrounding landscape, interior and... clothes. The manner of dress is an important aspect of Parisian life. Generally, parisians prefer calm and cream colors like beige, soft pink or classic black. But tourists are another matter.

What to do with Kids in Paris | Family Photo Shoot in Paris

Our Paris photo shoot was really great! The photographer was fast and efficient in setting up the shots, and provided just enough direction, which we liked. She used our surroundings to compose interesting shots that weren't boring or static. I also really appreciated that she was able to reschedule us to a time when it wasn't pouring rain!! She even added on a little extra time so we could shoot in front of our favorite gelato creamery. One of my friends saw the pictures and has already booked a shoot with Olga!

Tuileries Garden | Photo Shoot in Paris at sunrise

My fiance and I decided to take engagement photos in Paris during an impromptu trip to Europe, and Paris was the last city on our itinerary. Nancy and Audrey had a bus tour in France. They wanted to visit a lot of beautiful places. They had for Paris just a few days but this trip was full of emotions!
